An AI receptionist for services. Every request answered.
Rdood is an AI receptionist for service businesses in Iraq, such as maintenance, cleaning or installation. On WhatsApp it takes the first enquiry: what is needed, where and when. It books the visit where you use the Calendar, and hands the request to a teammate with a note.

Every enquiry. Answered at once.
The customer says what they need, and the assistant starts the work before your team sees it.
Answers about your services
Your services, the areas you cover and your working hours are written into Knowledge. The assistant answers from them, so a customer's reply matches what your business does.
Asks what, where and when
The assistant asks what is needed, where and when, in Iraqi Arabic or English. The answers stay in the chat, and the customer record holds the details you choose to keep.
A voice note or photo
A customer explains the problem in a voice note or sends a photo of it. The assistant understands both and carries on the chat.
Works day and night
A request sent at midnight is answered at once, and it waits for your team in the morning with the details already in the chat.
The visit. Booked in chat.
This section is for companies that use Rdood's Calendar.
A column per technician or team
Each technician or team gets a Calendar column with its own weekly hours and time off. You can switch between Day, Week, Month and List views.
Services with a length and a buffer
Each service has a length and a buffer after it. The assistant offers open times from the Calendar, reads the booking back and books only after a clear yes.
Reminders customers can answer
A WhatsApp reminder goes the day before, and on the day to anyone who has not confirmed, with Confirm, Change time and Cancel appointment buttons. It uses a template approved by Meta.
Missed visits, marked
Staff set an appointment to Arrived, Done or Didn't come, and any step can be undone. A booking made by the assistant carries a Booked by the AI mark.
Your team. Fully briefed.
When a request needs a person, it reaches a teammate with a summary and a note.
Handover with a summary
When a customer asks for a person, or the request needs one, the chat is marked Needs a person and carries a short summary. While a teammate holds it, the assistant stays out.
A chat to a named teammate
An owner or admin can give a chat to a teammate with a note, for example the technician who covers the customer's area. The teammate receives an alert.
A status on every chat
Every chat carries a status, from AI is handling and Needs a person to Team is handling, Resolved and Closed. The team sees at a glance what is waiting.
Saved replies and notes
Questions that repeat, such as working hours, get a saved reply inserted by typing /. A note with an @ mention stays inside the chat and alerts the teammate you tag.
One record per customer
Each customer has a single record across channels, with tags, notes and a stage that moves as the chats go. Every automatic change appears on the timeline and can be undone.
Follow-ups that remind you
Follow-ups list who to get back to and when, in the tabs Overdue, Today, Upcoming and All, each with Done and Snooze. The assistant or a teammate can add one.
