A stage for every customer
Every customer sits in a stage: New, Interested, Qualified, Ordered, Delivered, Repeat buyer, Inactive or Lost. Rdood moves a customer between stages as the chat develops, and your shop can rename or recolor a stage.

The timeline lists what has happened to a customer. Every automatic change appears on it with an Undo button.

Segments and bulk actions
Save a set of filters as a segment to come back to it. A segment sends nothing to anyone. Bulk actions work on many customers at once.
Import and export
Import customers from a CSV file, using a ready template that lists the right columns, and export customers to CSV when you need them elsewhere.
Link and merge duplicates
When the same person writes from two channels, link their records and merge them into one. A merge cannot be undone, so check both records first.

Yes. Every automatic change shows on the customer's timeline with an Undo button. Rdood's AI keeper changes facts and stages from chats, but it never overwrites what your team set by hand.
Can I import my customer list from a CSV file?
Yes. Rdood imports customers from a CSV file, and the import screen offers a template with the right columns to fill in. You can export customers to CSV too. If one person appears twice, link and merge the records; a merge cannot be undone.
Can I search and group my customers in Rdood?
Yes. Rdood's Customers list searches by name, phone, email, @username or code. Save a set of filters as a segment and apply bulk actions to many customers at once. A segment sends nothing to anyone: it only keeps the filters.
