Templates after 24 hours
Once 24 hours have passed since the customer last wrote, WhatsApp accepts only a template that Meta has approved. A reminder sent then uses one, and the approval is Meta's.

Open the calendar as a Day, Week, Month or List view, whichever suits the job: today's queue, this week's load or next month's schedule.
A column for each resource
Each doctor, stylist, chair or room is a resource, with a column of its own and its own weekly hours.
Time off and closures
The calendar also holds time off for one resource and closures for the whole shop, such as a holiday.
Drag to move, then undo
Staff drag a booking to a new time to move it. Undo appears right after, in case it was a slip.
States and codes
Each appointment has a state: To approve, Booked, Confirmed, Arrived, In progress or Done, plus Didn't come and Cancelled. It also has a code like BKG-000001, and any step can be undone.
Services, deposits, packages
Every service has a length and a buffer time. An optional deposit is marked as received by your team, and a service can repeat or be a package of sessions, with a reminder to the team when the next one is due.
