A shared inbox for your team. Every channel on one screen.

Rdood gives your team one shared inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, so multiple agents can answer from a single WhatsApp number. The AI assistant replies first. Teammates see every chat, step in when needed and leave notes for each other.

Many teammates. One chat.

Every chat shows who has seen it, who replied first and who is typing, so the team knows where things stand.

  • Unread until someone opens it

Until a teammate opens a new chat, it counts as unread for everyone. After that it shows Seen by, so nobody has to ask whether a message was looked at.

  • Multiple agents, one number

Your team answers from the one WhatsApp number connected to Rdood. The first teammate to reply is shown as handling the chat, and anyone else can still reply.

  • See who is viewing or typing

A chat shows which teammates have it open and who is typing a reply, so you spot a colleague before you both answer the same customer.

  • Team notes with @ mentions

Write a team note inside the chat and @ mention a colleague in it. A team note is for your team, not for the customer.

  • Saved replies and AI drafts

Type / to insert a saved reply. Or press Draft with AI and Rdood writes a reply from your Knowledge, ready for you to check, edit and send.

  • Quote replies and reactions

On WhatsApp, answer one message with a quote reply or react to it with an emoji. On Instagram, a reaction is a heart.

AI and team. Each in turn.

Every chat carries a status, so the whole team sees who has it right now.

  1. AI is handling

The AI assistant replies first. To keep it out of one customer's chat, switch the AI off for that customer. Choose Turn the AI back on to undo it.

  2. Needs a person

If a customer wants a person, or a request needs one, the assistant writes a short summary and hands the chat over. The chat then shows Needs a person.

  3. Team is handling

Once a teammate replies, the chat shows Team is handling and the AI goes quiet. The AI also steps back for a while after a reply typed in the WhatsApp Business app or Meta Business Suite.

  4. Finished chats

Resolved and Closed mark finished chats. The AI closes a finished chat after a quiet spell. Choose Keep open or Reopen to undo that.

Each teammate. Their own view.

Pins, archive and mute change only your own list, alerts reach the right person, and roles decide what each person can see and change.

  • Pin, archive and mute

Pin the chats you watch, archive the ones you are done with and mute a noisy one. These change your own list, not your colleagues' lists.

  • Bell and phone alerts

Rdood alerts you by bell and phone push when a customer is waiting, a customer writes again in a chat you handle or a chat is assigned to you. Failed messages and broken channels raise an alert too.

  • Who sees and changes what

Each teammate works under a role: Owner, Admin, Supervisor or Agent, or a custom role. The role decides who sees and changes what.

  • Runs in Arabic and English

The inbox runs in Arabic, laid out right to left, and in English, so a team can work in the language it prefers.

Questions. Answered plainly.

Anything else? Ask us in the demo.

Is there a shared inbox for WhatsApp and Instagram?

Yes. Rdood puts WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger in one shared inbox, along with Telegram and web chat where your shop uses them, so your team answers every channel from one screen. Instagram and Messenger only allow a reply in the 24 hours after the customer's last message.

Can multiple agents answer on one WhatsApp Business number?

Yes. Rdood works as a team inbox for WhatsApp Business: the Rdood team links your number once, with you, and every teammate then answers from the same inbox. The first person to reply is shown as handling the chat, anyone else can still reply, and roles decide who can see and change what.

How do I stop two teammates answering the same customer?

Rdood shows who has a chat open and who is typing, so you notice a colleague before you both reply. Once someone opens a chat it shows Seen by, and the first person to reply is shown as handling it. Nothing is locked, so anyone can still step in.

How do I turn off the AI for one customer?

A teammate switches the AI off for that customer, and Rdood's assistant then stays out of their chat until someone chooses Turn the AI back on. The assistant also stays quiet while a teammate holds a chat, and for a while after a reply typed in the WhatsApp Business app or Meta Business Suite.

Does the AI close finished conversations by itself?

Yes. Rdood's AI closes a chat that is finished after a quiet spell. Keep open and Reopen undo it, so a chat you still care about stays on your list.

Which alerts does my team get?

Rdood alerts a teammate only for moments that need a person: a customer waiting, a customer writing again in a chat you handle, a chat assigned to you, a failed message or a broken channel. Alerts come by bell and phone push, with quiet hours.

Is the shared inbox available in Arabic?

Yes. Rdood's inbox runs in Arabic, laid out right to left, and in English. Rdood is built for shops and clinics in Iraq, so the AI assistant replies to customers in Arabic, including Iraqi dialect, or in English.
