One record per customer
One customer record across channels, with tags, notes, a stage and a timeline. Rdood's AI adds what it learns from chats, such as sizes and preferences, and never overwrites what your team entered.
Orders from the chat
Orders the assistant takes in chat go to the Orders list flagged "Recorded by AI, not checked" for your team to review. From the order page your team confirms a draft, marks it delivered or cancels it.

A campaign takes four steps: Message, Audience, When and Review. It goes only to your own customers who agreed to be contacted, as a Meta-approved template on WhatsApp, and skips anyone who asked to stop.
