AI chatbot for car dealerships. It answers every buyer.
Rdood is an AI chatbot for car dealerships in Iraq. On WhatsApp and Instagram it answers buyers from the dealership's own car list, notes the model and colour each one wants, and passes anyone who asks for a person to your team. It is the chat and sales side, not showroom software.

Buyers ask. It answers.
The same questions arrive every day: which model, which colour, which year, is it still there?
Answers from your car list
Type your cars into Rdood's Knowledge, or upload them as PDF files, Word files and photos. The assistant answers questions about model, colour and year from what you gave it.
Answers about availability
When a buyer asks if a car is still there, the assistant answers from the list in Knowledge, so the answer is only as current as the list. Update it as your cars come and go.
Sends photos of the car
When a buyer wants to see a car, the assistant can send your own photos of it along with the reply, next to the details you wrote.
Understands voice notes
Some buyers send a voice note instead of typing the question. The assistant understands the voice note and answers in the same chat.
Speaks in your showroom's voice
You set the tone with Formality, Warmth and Brevity sliders, choose Arabic or English, and can switch on the Iraqi dialect.
Hands buyers to a salesperson
When a buyer asks for a person, the chat shows as Needs a person, with a short summary for whoever picks it up. An owner or admin can also Delegate a chat to a teammate with a note.
Know each buyer. Keep them moving.
Not every buyer decides on the first message, so Rdood keeps track of where each one stands.
A record of what each buyer wants
Everyone who writes gets one customer record. Under What we know, Rdood notes facts such as the model or colour wanted, taken from the chats. What your team enters is never overwritten.
Stages that follow the chat
A buyer starts as New, then becomes Interested and Qualified as the conversation moves on. Each automatic move shows on the timeline, and an Undo button reverses it.
Follow-ups for buyers who go quiet
Follow-ups shows whom to get back to and when, in tabs for Overdue, Today, Upcoming and All. The assistant or a salesperson can add one for a buyer who asked about a car and went silent.
Showroom visits in the calendar
Where the dealership uses Rdood's Calendar, a visit is booked there: the assistant offers open times and books after a clear yes. Each salesperson or room can have its own column.
A campaign for a new arrival
When new cars arrive, send a campaign to customers who agreed to hear from you: an approved WhatsApp template, or a normal message to people who wrote in the last 24 hours. Anyone who asked to stop is skipped.
Which ad brings buyers
Customers from your ads gives each Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp ad that starts a chat one row: chats, new customers, messages answered and, with the Calendar, appointments booked.
A buyer writes. Your team joins.
An invented example: a car dealership in Baghdad and a buyer asking about a white sedan.
A buyer writes
Someone messages the dealership on Instagram, maybe after tapping an ad, and asks if the white sedan in your latest post is still there.
The assistant answers
It answers from the list in Knowledge, and Rdood notes on the customer record the model and colour the buyer wants.
The visit is booked
If the dealership uses the Calendar, the assistant offers open times and books after a clear yes. The visit shows a Booked by the AI mark.
A salesperson takes over
If the buyer asks for a person, the chat reaches your team with a short summary and the assistant stays quiet while a teammate holds it. Follow-ups remind the team about anyone who goes silent.
Questions. Answered plainly.

Is there an AI chatbot for car dealerships on WhatsApp?
Yes. Rdood replies to car buyers on the dealership's WhatsApp Business number from the car list kept in Knowledge, in Iraqi Arabic or English, at any hour. Salespeople read every chat in a shared inbox, and the Rdood team connects the number and sets up the assistant.
Is Rdood car showroom management software?
No. Rdood is not accounting or showroom management software. It is the chat and sales side of a dealership: an AI assistant that answers buyers, a record and follow-ups for each one, and showroom visits booked in the calendar.
How does the AI answer "is the car still available?"
It answers from the car list you keep in Rdood's Knowledge, typed in or uploaded as files and photos. The answer is only as current as that list, so update it as cars come and go. The Rdood team sets up the assistant with you.
Can the assistant book a showroom visit?
Yes, if the dealership uses Rdood's Calendar. The assistant offers open times, reads the booking back and books after a clear yes, in a column for the salesperson or room. You can also make it ask your team to approve each booking first.
Is there a car dealership CRM for chats?
Yes. Rdood keeps a customer record for each buyer who writes on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, with notes, tags, a stage, What we know facts and follow-ups. The record fills in from the chats, and any automatic change can be undone.
How can I see which ad brings buyers to the dealership?
In the Reports desk, Customers from your ads covers chats that begin with a tap on your Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp ad. Each ad gets a row: chats, new customers, messages answered and, with the Calendar, appointments booked. Open a row to see the people.
Can I message buyers about a new arrival?
Yes, to your own customers who agreed to hear from you. When new cars arrive, a Rdood campaign can send an approved WhatsApp template, or a normal message to anyone who wrote in the last 24 hours. Its report shows Sent, Delivered, Read and Replied.
Does Rdood work for used car dealers?
Yes. Rdood's assistant answers from whatever car list you type in or upload, new or used, so changing stock means updating Knowledge. Records, stages and follow-ups work the same way for every buyer who writes.
