WhatsApp campaigns. See who replied.
Rdood lets a business in Iraq send WhatsApp campaigns to its own customers in four steps: Message, Audience, When and Review. Pick an approved template and an audience from presets, filters or an Excel list, then send in bulk at the pace you set. The report then lists who received the message, read it and replied.
- What it is
- A four-step way to send WhatsApp campaigns to your own customers
- Message
- Approved WhatsApp templates, or normal messages inside the 24-hour window
- Audience
- Ready-made audiences, filters, or an Excel or CSV list
- Report
- Sent, Delivered, Read and Replied, plus Ordered where Orders is on
Four steps. Then it sends.
Your work saves as you go, so a draft can wait until you come back.
Write the message
In a Rdood campaign's Message step, you choose an approved WhatsApp template. Or you write a normal message, with a photo if you like, for people who wrote to you in the last 24 hours.
Choose the audience
In the Audience step, you start from a ready-made audience, filter your customers, or import an Excel or CSV list. A live count shows how many people the campaign will reach.
Set when it goes
In the When step of a Rdood campaign, you send now or at a time you pick. Messages go out inside your sending hours, at the Gentle or Steady pace, or at a pace you set yourself.
Review and launch
In the Review step, you check the campaign before it goes out, then launch it. While it sends, you can pause, resume or cancel it.
Your message. Meta's rules.
Rdood campaigns are for your own customers, the people who agreed to hear from you.
Approved WhatsApp templates
A template campaign needs a WhatsApp template that Meta has approved. The approval is Meta's decision, not Rdood's.
The Templates studio
The Templates studio lists your WhatsApp templates by category, Marketing, Utility or Authentication, and shows where each one stands with Meta.
Normal messages, too
A normal message, with an optional photo, reaches people who wrote to you in the last 24 hours. On Instagram, Messenger and Telegram, a campaign is always a normal message.
People who asked to stop
A customer who asked to stop never receives a Rdood campaign. Rdood also adds a stop line to the message, so customers can ask to stop.
Pick who and when. See what happened.
Presets and filters
Start from a preset: Everyone, Everyone who agreed, Wrote this week, Bought before, or customers who went quiet. Then narrow by stage, tag, city, last message, or whether they ordered.
Send from an Excel list
Import an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) file of phone numbers and Rdood uses it as the audience. Use it for your own customers, not for strangers.
Live count and left-out list
Before you launch, a live count shows how many people the campaign will reach, and a Not included card shows who is left out and why.
Now, or at a set time
Launch a campaign now or schedule it. The campaign sends inside your sending hours, at the Gentle pace, the Steady pace or a custom pace.
Pause, resume, cancel, duplicate
A Rdood campaign can be paused, resumed or cancelled. Duplicate a campaign to send the same message again to only the people who didn't read the first one.
A report for every campaign
A campaign's report shows Sent, Delivered, Read and Replied as shares of the messages sent, plus Ordered where your shop uses Orders. It also gives the reasons some customers were skipped.

How does WhatsApp bulk messaging for business work with Rdood?
Rdood sends bulk WhatsApp messages as a campaign, in four steps: Message, Audience, When and Review. You pick an approved template, choose your own customers, set the time and pace, and launch. Rdood then reports how many received the message, read it and replied.
Can I send WhatsApp messages from an Excel list?
Yes. In the Audience step, Rdood imports an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file of phone numbers and uses it as the audience. A live count shows how many people will receive the campaign. Use a list of your own customers, the people who agreed to hear from you.
Do I need a template for a WhatsApp broadcast campaign?
Yes, for customers who have not written to you in the last 24 hours. Rdood sends them a WhatsApp template that Meta has approved, and the approval is Meta's decision. People who wrote to you in the last 24 hours can get a normal message instead, with a photo if you like.
What happens to customers who ask to stop receiving messages?
A customer who asked to stop is never messaged again. Rdood leaves that customer out of its campaigns, and it adds a stop line to the message so customers can ask to stop.
Can I send campaigns on Instagram, Messenger or Telegram too?
Yes, as normal messages. Rdood sends Instagram, Messenger and Telegram campaigns as normal messages only, never as templates. On Instagram and Messenger they reach people who wrote to you in the last 24 hours, and on Telegram, people who started your bot.
Can I pause a campaign or send it again to people who didn't read it?
Yes. Rdood lets you pause, resume or cancel a campaign, and duplicate it so the copy goes only to the people who didn't read the first one.
Can I run WhatsApp marketing campaigns in Iraq with Rdood?
Yes. Rdood is built for shops and clinics in Iraq, and the Rdood team sets up Campaigns and connects your WhatsApp number with you. A clothing shop in Karrada, for example, can send a weekend offer as an approved template to customers who wrote this week, then see how many read it and replied.
