An AI chatbot for your business. It speaks Iraqi Arabic.
Rdood is an AI chatbot for business: it answers your customers' messages from your own knowledge, in Iraqi Arabic or English, on your channels. It understands voice notes and photos, records follow-ups, takes orders and books appointments where Orders and Calendar are on, and hands over to your team when a person is needed.

Your assistant. Your rules.
Shape how the assistant sounds, what it knows and what it may do.
More than one assistant
A business can run several assistants in Rdood. Each has its own name, personality, memory length and list of allowed actions, so a sales assistant and a support assistant can behave differently.
Works across your channels
Customers who write on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram or web chat reach the default assistant set for that channel. A channel with no assistant leaves chats waiting, marked “Needs a person”.
A tone you set
Move the Formality, Warmth and Brevity sliders, or start from a preset: Professional, Casual, Playful or Empathetic. The assistant then writes the way you chose.
Dialect and form of address
Choose Arabic or English, switch on the Iraqi dialect option, and decide whether the assistant addresses customers in a gender-neutral, feminine or masculine form.
Taught with your own material
Knowledge holds typed entries, PDF, Markdown, text and Word files, pasted raw material, and your own photos and voice notes. The assistant answers customers from this material.
Waits for the whole message
With “Wait before answering”, an assistant gathers a customer's burst of messages first, then replies once. The wait runs from right away to a few minutes.
Listens first. Then acts.
Each customer message is understood first, then answered, acted on or passed to a person.
Hears voice notes, sees photos
Voice notes and photos arrive in the same chat as text. The assistant listens to the voice note or looks at the photo and answers in Arabic or English, so a customer can speak instead of typing.
Sends photos and recorded voice notes
The assistant can attach your own photos to a reply and send your recorded voice notes. A photo that shows a price goes out only when the reply states that price.
Acts, not only answers
Where Orders and Calendar are on for your shop, the assistant checks stock and places an order, or offers open times and books an appointment. It can also record a follow-up for your team.
Hands over when it should
A customer who asks for a person, or a request that needs one, moves the chat to “Needs a person”. The assistant then stays quiet while a teammate holds it, and your team can switch it off for one customer.
Test it safely. It keeps learning.
We connect and teach it
The Rdood team connects your channels and trains the assistant on your products, prices and policies, together with you.
You test it safely
The Playground lets you chat with an assistant while nothing reaches a real customer. “Test retrieval” in Knowledge shows which entries the assistant would cite.
Customers get answers
Customers write in on your channels and get answers in the tone you set. Your team sees each conversation and can take over whenever needed.
Lessons from your team
A resolved chat your team answered becomes a lesson in Knowledge, under “Learned from your team”, and you can undo it. Suggestions and Insights propose edits to the assistant's instructions from its own chats.
Questions. Answered plainly.

Is there an AI chatbot for business that speaks Iraqi Arabic?
Yes. Rdood is an AI chatbot for business that replies in Arabic, with an Iraqi dialect option, or in English. You set its tone with sliders and presets and choose how it addresses customers, so its answers sound like your business.
Can a chatbot understand voice notes and photos?
Yes. Rdood's assistant listens to a customer's voice note or looks at a photo, then replies in the same chat in Arabic or English. It can also send your own photos and recorded voice notes, and a photo that shows a price is sent only when the reply states that price.
Is there an Arabic AI chatbot for WhatsApp and Instagram?
Yes. Rdood's AI assistant replies in Arabic or English and works on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and web chat. It answers messages, not comments on posts. On Instagram and Messenger, replies must go out inside 24 hours after the customer's last message.
Can an AI agent answer my customers' messages for me?
Yes. Rdood's AI assistant answers from your own knowledge and records follow-ups. Where Orders and Calendar are on, it also takes orders and books appointments. It passes the chat to your team if a person should take over, and stays quiet while a teammate holds the chat.
Can I test the chatbot before customers talk to it?
Yes. Rdood's Playground lets you chat with an assistant while nothing reaches a real customer. In Knowledge, “Test retrieval” shows which entries the assistant would cite for a question, so you can fill a gap before going live.
How does the chatbot learn from my team?
Rdood's AI reads a chat your team answered once it is resolved and keeps the lesson in Knowledge under “Learned from your team”, where you can undo it. Suggestions and Insights, in an assistant's Intelligence tab, propose edits to its instructions; you apply, dismiss or revert each. A new shop sees “No suggestions yet” until there are enough chats.
Do I have to build the chatbot myself?
No. The Rdood team connects your channels and trains the assistant on your products, prices and policies with you. After that you set its tone and test it in the Playground before any customer writes in.
How is Rdood different from Meta's own AI for businesses?
Rdood is a Meta Tech Provider and a customer-service and sales platform for shops and clinics in Iraq. Its AI assistant answers in Iraqi Arabic or English, and WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger chats share one inbox with your team. Where Orders and the Calendar are on, it takes orders and books appointments, and it hands a chat to a teammate when a person is needed. Campaigns, customer records and reports sit in the same place.
