Take orders on WhatsApp. The AI places them.

Rdood lets an AI assistant take orders in your WhatsApp and Instagram chats. It looks each item up in your catalog, asks for a name, phone and address, quotes the total with the delivery fee for the customer's governorate, and places the order when the customer says yes. Your team checks the order and delivers it.

Customer says yes. Order placed.

Here is how a WhatsApp or Instagram chat becomes an order in Rdood.

  1. The customer asks

A customer writes on WhatsApp or Instagram. The assistant finds the product in your published catalog and checks its stock and price.

  2. Details are collected

The assistant adds and removes items, sets quantities and asks for a name, phone and address. Then the assistant finds the customer's governorate and area on your delivery list.

  3. The total, then a yes

The assistant quotes the total with the delivery fee. When the customer confirms, the assistant places the order as Confirmed and takes the items out of stock in the same step.

  4. A teammate checks it

One teammate gets the order as a task, with a notification. Your team checks it, delivers it, then marks it delivered.

The AI records. Your team checks.

Every order the assistant records stays in front of your team, and the risky decisions stay with a person.

  • Flagged until checked

Every order the AI records gets the label “Recorded by AI, not checked” in Rdood's Orders list. The label stays until a teammate touches the order, so your team can see what still needs a look.

  • A task for one teammate

Rdood turns each order the assistant records into a task for one teammate, with a notification. Owners and admins can also pass a chat on to a particular teammate, along with a note.

  • Filter by who recorded it

The Orders list filters by status or by who recorded the order: the AI in chat, the AI from a chat your team answered, your team, or an import.

  • Clear order states

Every Rdood order is Draft, Confirmed, Fulfilled or Cancelled, and the order page shows cash on delivery and whether the order is paid or unpaid.

  • Confirm, deliver, cancel

Rdood's order page has Confirm draft and Mark delivered to move an order along. Cancel order asks why, puts the stock back and keeps the reason on the customer's timeline.

  • Risky requests wait

Rdood's assistant never cancels, changes, returns or refunds an order, or handles a payment, on its own. Each request waits on Approvals, where a person approves or rejects it.

Your catalog. In every chat.

  • Products with variants

Each product in Rdood holds a code, category, price, size and colour variants, photos and stock, and the assistant answers from them.

  • Only what you publish

Rdood's assistant can place an order only for products in your published catalog. If an item is not published, a customer cannot order it through the chat.

  • Import from a spreadsheet

Bring products in from a spreadsheet or CSV file. Rdood reads pictures placed in the sheet and prices written in thousands.

  • Delivery fee by governorate

In Rdood the owner sets a delivery fee for each governorate, and the assistant quotes the right one in the chat, so the customer sees the full total before confirming.

Questions. Answered plainly.

Can an AI assistant take orders on WhatsApp?

Yes. Rdood's AI assistant builds the order inside the WhatsApp chat: it looks the items up in your catalog, asks for the delivery details, tells the customer the total with the delivery fee and places the order once the customer confirms. Your team sees it in the Orders list.

How does order management work for WhatsApp and Instagram shops?

Rdood takes orders in WhatsApp and Instagram chats and keeps them all in one Orders list. Your team filters it by status or by who recorded each order, confirms drafts, marks orders delivered and cancels with a reason.

Does anyone check the orders the AI places?

Yes. Rdood labels every order the AI records “Recorded by AI, not checked” and gives it to one teammate as a task, with a notification. The order keeps that label until a teammate touches it.

What happens when a customer asks to cancel or return an order?

Rdood's assistant does not cancel, change, return or refund an order by itself. These requests go to Approvals, and a person on your team approves or rejects them. A teammate can also cancel an order directly: Rdood asks why, puts the stock back and keeps the reason.

Can the AI take orders for products that are not in my catalog?

No. Rdood's assistant orders only what is in your published catalog, so the product has to be added there first. Products can be imported from a spreadsheet or CSV file.

Can Orders be switched on or off for my shop?

Yes. Orders is a part of Rdood, next to Products and Shipping. The Rdood team can switch each of them on or off for a shop, and when one is off, its pages and AI tools disappear for that shop.
