The Overview and the evening summary tell an owner how the day went, at a glance.
The Overview
The Overview shows new conversations, conversations open now, first reply time, the share the AI answered, customers who ordered and orders confirmed, for the last day, week, month or quarter.
Today and Yesterday
Day summaries for Today and Yesterday sit at the top of the Overview. Today shows the day so far, Yesterday the finished day, and each figure opens its report for that day.
A summary each evening
Each evening, at a time set for the shop, Rdood sends the team the day's figures in one message. An "In short" line, written by the AI from those numbers, sums up the day.
Channels, hours and stages
The Overview also shows which channel new conversations come from, how many arrive each hour or day, how many customers sit at each stage, and which assistants answer the most.

Needs you now
The Reports desk opens with what is waiting, such as orders confirmed but not delivered, chats waiting for a teammate and appointments waiting for approval, each with a See them link.
A tab for each part
The Reports desk has a tab for Overview, Marketing, Sales, Appointments, Conversations, Customers, Team and Money, plus All reports. A tab shows only when your shop has that kind of data.
Each period against the last
On the Reports desk, pick a period, from a single day to dates you choose, and Rdood sets it beside the period just before, so you can see what went up and what went down.
The assistant beside the team
The Reports desk sets the assistant's work beside your team's: chats it answered alone and chats it handed over, orders each took, first reply time, and the share of rated chats customers scored highly.
Sales for shops, bookings for clinics
On the Reports desk, a shop sees sales and orders, and a clinic that books but takes no orders sees appointments in their place: who came, who didn't come and who cancelled. Amounts are in IQD.
Customers from your ads
Chats that begin with a click on your Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp ad are counted under that ad in the Marketing tab's Customers from your ads, with new customers and the orders and appointments those people made.

Each report in Rdood opens as a table with filters and totals, and an exported file carries the figures and tables the report page shows.

A button on the Reports desk builds one PDF of every report for the period, including whole conversations.
The Export tab
The Export tab lets you tick the reports you want, then pick the file: a PDF to read or print, an Excel file with a sheet for each report, or a CSV for other software.
Choose the subject
An export starts from its subject: each ad, campaign, person, product or teammate, or chats and replies. Picking one ticks the matching reports for you, and you can still tick or clear any.
