Replies inside 24 hours
A customer's last message opens a 24-hour window on Instagram. The assistant and your team answer inside it, and a reply sent after the window closes does not go through.
Customers write first
A conversation begins when the customer writes to your account. Rdood answers inside direct messages and does not reply to comments.
Seen status and heart reactions
Instagram messages show a Seen status only, with no delivered tick. The only reaction available on Instagram is a heart.
View-once photos
Rdood cannot receive a view-once photo, such as a shot taken with the Instagram camera. Other photos and voice notes arrive as usual.
Campaigns as normal messages
Campaigns reach Instagram as a normal message, and only people who wrote to your account in the last 24 hours receive it. Anyone who has asked to stop is skipped.
Ad clicks, counted per ad
Chats that start from a click on your Instagram ad appear in Reports under Customers from your ads, with the new customers, orders and appointments each ad led to.

How can I see which Instagram ads bring chats?
Rdood counts those chats in Reports. In the Marketing tab, Customers from your ads has a row for each Instagram ad, showing the chats it started, the new customers it brought and what those people went on to order or book. Rdood does not connect to your ad account; it reads the click on your ad that starts the chat.
