Areas and fees. Answered at once.
The questions that repeat all day, answered from your own information.
The areas you cover
You write the areas you deliver to into Knowledge. When a customer asks if you reach their neighbourhood, the assistant answers from your list, not from guesswork.
Your delivery fees
Your delivery fees live in Knowledge too, so the assistant quotes the fee you set for the customer's area in the same reply.
Hours and what can be sent
Your working hours and your rules on what can and cannot be sent are answered the same way, in Arabic or English, in seconds.
Voice notes and long bursts
Customers often send voice notes, or several short messages in a row. The assistant understands voice notes and can wait to read the whole burst before it answers.
New requests. Recorded properly.
Where Orders is on, a request is recorded only after the customer agrees to the details.
Takes the details in chat
The assistant asks for the name, phone number and address and checks them with the customer before anything is recorded. This is for companies that use the Orders module.
Recorded as an order
Where the Orders module is on, a confirmed request is recorded from your published catalog with the customer's name, phone and address, marked Recorded by AI, not checked until a teammate touches it.
Every request gets an owner
An order the assistant records becomes a task for one teammate, with a notification, so one person is responsible for each request.
Without Orders, your team
If your company does not use the Orders module, the chat goes to a teammate with a summary of the request.
The team desk. One shared inbox.
Your team works every chat from one place, and the assistant lightens the load.
One inbox for every chat
Chats from WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger land in one inbox. A chat stays unread for the whole team until someone opens it, then shows Seen by.
Handover with a summary
When a customer asks for a person, or a case such as a special pickup needs one, the chat goes to a teammate with a short summary. The assistant stays quiet while that person holds the chat.
Notes and saved replies
Team notes with @ mentions stay inside the chat. Saved replies, inserted with /, answer the questions you get all day.
A record per customer
Each customer has one record with tags, notes and a timeline. Follow-ups list who to get back to and when, with Done and Snooze.
Chats answered alone
The Reports desk shows chats the assistant answered alone against chats handed to the team, so you see how much of the day it carried.
Speed of the first reply
The Overview shows new conversations and first reply time for the period you choose.
Questions. Answered plainly.

Can a WhatsApp chatbot answer customers for a delivery company?
Yes. Rdood is a WhatsApp chatbot for delivery companies in Iraq. Its AI assistant answers on areas, fees and working hours from your own information and hands special cases to your team. The Rdood team sets it up with you.
How can I take delivery order requests on WhatsApp?
Where the Orders module is on, the assistant collects the customer's name, phone number and address in the chat, checks them with the customer, records the request and creates a task for a teammate. Otherwise the chat goes to a teammate with a summary.
Can the assistant tell customers which areas we deliver to and the fee?
Yes, from the areas and fees you write into Knowledge. If a customer asks for something unusual, such as a special pickup, the chat goes to a teammate with a summary.
What happens with a complaint or a special pickup?
When a customer asks for a person, or the assistant cannot settle the case, Rdood marks the chat Needs a person and adds a short summary. The teammate sees the summary and the whole chat, and can add a team note. The assistant stays quiet while that person holds the chat.
Can Rdood track parcels or tell customers where a parcel is?
No. Rdood does not move or track parcels. It runs the conversations: it answers from your own information, takes requests, and a teammate can take any question about one specific delivery.
Does Rdood work as a CRM for delivery companies?
Yes. Rdood keeps one record per customer with tags, notes and a timeline, plus a Follow-ups page that shows who to get back to and when. The stage moves with the chats, and any automatic change can be undone.
How do I see how many chats the assistant answered on its own?
In the Reports desk. It shows chats the assistant answered alone against chats handed to the team, plus first reply time. Each report opens as a table and exports to CSV, Excel or PDF.
